Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 2025

Setup Fees

Setup fees ($497, $997, $1497 or $2,997) are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work is considered to have commenced once you provide the required materials (menu, access, branding).

Monthly Subscription Fees

Monthly fees are refundable under these conditions:

• Within 7 days: Full refund if service has critical failures we cannot resolve.
• After 7 days: No refund.

Service Guarantee

We guarantee:

• Your automation system will be delivered as specified in the proposal
• The system will function as demonstrated during the demo
• 99% uptime after the first 7-day calibration period

Refund Process

2. We will review within 2 business days
3. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

• You fail to provide required materials within 14 days
• You violate our Halal Compliance policy
• You engage in abusive behavior toward our team
